Inclusive employers change the future for our children, but in reality, there simply isn’t enough of them around. Is some form of legal framework one option as Peter suggests and are, as he also believes, most employers willing but unclear how to take the next steps. We all know the benefits of inclusive employment the challenge is making employers see that those benefits easily outweigh the risks.
