Inclusive employers change the future for our children, but in reality, there simply isn’t enough of them around. In this episode with Peter Bacon CEO of Disability Employment Australia, I’m discussing why this is the case and what actions could be taken to get more employers to take action and become an inclusive employer. Is some form of legal framework one option as Peter suggests and are, as he also believes, most employers willing but unclear how to take the next steps.
